The Challenge

Conscious Creation runs a premium surrogacy concierge in Mexico, managing end-to-end journeys for Intended Parents from the US and Canada. Each case spans 9-12 months and touches a large provider network - fertility clinics, psychologists, nutritionists, lawyers, and insurers. Today, case tracking lives in a legacy in-house CRM that functions more like a glorified Excel sheet, with no visibility for IPs and no automated follow-ups.

The result: IPs are left to ask for updates manually, phase gates are tracked in staff memory rather than the system, and as the business scales from 12 to 30+ pregnancies, that approach will not hold. The need is for a platform that makes every case transparent to the IP, enforces progression logic, and frees the team from routine follow-up entirely.
